Low EBM Supply

This is one of my worry nowadays, low supply of EBM. During confinement, the suplly was more than adequate. But, at that time, I can't really made a stock since my mom fridge was small. Now, after started  working, due to little stimulation from Mia, couple with her stopping waking at night for feeding, the supply reduced tremendously. To make it worse, last week i got fever, with nipple cut, the BM really inadequate. I can't even satisfy Mia's craving. She can get full just drinking from me. <sigh..sigh>

I ordered 2 boxes of kurma online, Meera's kurma. Tried to find Yusof Taiyob, but can't find it. Hopefully my suplly would increase or else i really have to top up with FM. Mia drink a lot per day, 16oz per day, and that just till 5.30pm. I really want to exclusive bf at least until Mia reach 6mths, but if that did'nt happen, not much I can do. Even now I pity Mia, she's a bit cranky coz she's not really full in one feeding, and she refuse to take bottle when I'm around. My mom would try to feed her while I'm hiding in my room, but she's very sly. She knows that I'm somewhere and really refuse the bottle even though she's hungry. I can't stand her crying and always come to the rescue. <How to be cruel to your own daughter???>
